Born in Havana, Cuba.

General Practice, graduate from Universidad Autonoma de Santo Domingo - due to background in medicine has worked tirelessly to help the HIV community including working with organizations such as CAP and COMPASS, also raising Money and awareness for Aids thru the "Smart Ride to Key West". Dr. Garcia has worked tirelessly to improve conditions for the Homeless and Mentally Ill of our community. Reaching out to the Hispanic Community is his passion, encouraging them to vote so decisions that effect the Hispanic Community are being made by politicians who understand the needs of the Hispanic Community.

Global Project Manager for Henry and a Special Friend - a juvenile AIDS awareness book, originally published in 1994 by the Puerto Rico Committee for UNICEF. In 2000 the Order of St. John of Jerusalem, Knights Hospitallier Commandery of Palm Beach developed the Web edition, which is offered free to the world.

Police Department's speaker for The PIPE Program on communicable sex diseases in Spanish and English, providing vital health information to the emerging Hispanic Community

Volunteer for the Vickers House - assisting the Homeless and Homeward Bound Program, Elders on the Edge Program, Elders on the Edge Pet Fund and Family Literacy programs for the Hispanic community
