Dayana E. Rooks

Dayana Rooks is the Business Development Outreach Manager at Trustbridge. In her role, Dayana has concentrated her efforts on creating awareness about the importance of end-of-life care to provide families access to compassionate, expert and professional healthcare services during their time of greatest need.

Dayana Rooks graduated from the Isaac Newton Technical University in Barcelona, Venezuela with a degree in Business Administration in Hospitality Services. She also attended and graduated from the Connecticut School of Broadcasting in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, where she furthered her studies on Television and Radio Production. Currently, she is working towards obtaining her Master’s degree and her Private Pilot License.

Prior to joining Trustbridge in 2009, Dayana worked in television and radio for over 8 years. She was an on-air radio personality at WPSP 1190 AM and WRLX -Mia 92. FM, where she produced and hosted an entertainment news segment. She transitioned to television as an Executive Producer and Host of a weekly entertainment show called, Que Pasa Palm Beach?, which aired on WWHB–Azteca 48, WTCN and WTVX-CW34. In 2008, Dayana won a “Telly Awards” for the best local Spanish language-produced television program in Palm Beach County. This nationally-recognized award honors the best in television and cable productions.

Serving her community is part of Dayana’s mission and passion. She currently leads the “Walking by Faith - Women’s Life Group” at New Life Church of the Palm Beaches. She is also the co-chair of the 2017 St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital Palm Beach Walk/Run and the producer of the annual Trustbridge Everyday Hero Awards. She has also served as: Lead instructor for the Family Literacy ESOL programs in Palm Beach County, chair of the Chamber of Commerce of the Palm Beaches Healthcare committee, co-chair of the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Healthcare Committee and a member of the Walk to End Alzheimer’s committee.
